Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.
Ship the Product
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the bottle is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
